چکیده
The development of powered assistive devices that integrate exoskeletal motors and muscle activation for gait restoration benefits from actuators with low backdrive torque. Such an approach enables to assist as needed while maximizing the joint torque muscles, contributing movement, facilitating ballistic motions instead overcoming passive dynamics. Two electromechanical were developed determine effect two candidate transmission implementations joint. To differentiate effects, utilized same motor similar gearing. One actuator included a commercially available harmonic drive other incorporated custom designed two-stage planetary transmission. Passive resistance mechanical efficiency determined based on isometric resistance. planetary-based outperformed harmonic-based in all tests would be more suitable hybrid exoskeletons.

Wireless RF Camera Monitoring for Underwater Cooperative Robotic Archaeological Applications
The increasing demand for underwater robotic intervention systems around the world in several application domains requires of more versatile and inexpensive systems. One example of such applications is the archaeology, where experimented divers study and reconstruct the history, recovering key objects in order to classify and preserve them properly. Moreover, this task is especially dangerous a...
متن کاملPhase Frequency Detector Using Transmission Gates for High Speed Applications
In this paper a new phase-frequency detector is proposed using transmission gates which can detect phase difference less than 500ps. In other word, the proposed Phase-frequency Detector (PFD) can work in frequencies higher than 1.7 GHz, whereas a conventional PFD operates at frequencies less than 1.1 GHz. This new architecture is designed in TSMC 0.13um CMOS Technology. Also, the proposed PFD a...

Fukuda was among the rst to consider teams of robots working together [9.]. His cellular robot system (CEBOT) is a collection of heterogeneous robotic agents which are capable of assembling and disassembling themselves. Imagine, for example, a self-assembling ship in bottle. This ability to allow complex structures to be constructed on-site and the additional capability of recon guring the comb...

Environmental monitoring is one of the main societal challenge of the last century. This is particularly important when considering the increasing population growth and the industrialization of developing countries. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and robotics can play a significant role in this perspective as they offer invaluable tools to continuously gather relevant informatio...
متن کاملSimulation of Fabrication toward High Quality Thin Films for Robotic Applications by Ionized Cluster Beam Deposition
The most commonly used method for the production of thin films is based on deposition of atoms or molecules onto a solid surface. One of the suitable method is to produce high quality metallic, semiconductor and organic thin film is Ionized cluster beam deposition (ICBD), which are used in electronic, robotic, optical, optoelectronic devices. Many important factors such as cluster size, cluster...
